I was completing my application and got rejected after I submitted my application? What happened?

If you have been rejected, it means that, unfortunately, you did not have the basic requirements necessary to move on to the next stage, so we will not be able to continue with your application. You can learn more about the basic requirements on our website.

We will open new cohorts in the future, so don’t give up! Do keep an eye on our website and social media for the latest news.

I just completed University, but I do not have access to my certificate right now. What happens to my application?

Not uploading a certificate right now will not deter you from completing other stages of the process. However, as it is an essential requirement, a proof of education such as University Degree, University Transcript, National Service ID Card or National Service Certificate must be uploaded for verification purposes before you can be accepted into the programme.

I am facing technical issues in my application process. What do I do?

Inquiry if one needs to have basic knowledge of web development before applying

The only technical basic knowledge required to apply for the programme are the ones assessed on the quizzes. Those are the basic knowledge required for applying to the Web Development Programme.

I reside in Kumasi. How do I get to be part of the programme?

We are very excited about your interest in joining a Generation Programme.

At the moment we have programmes covering both the Great Accra area and Kumasi.
The only programme offered in Kumasi is Digital Marketing. Please note that this programme is exclusive for women.

New regions will be available soon. Do keep an eye on our website and social media pages for updates – stay tuned!

I abandoned one process in my learner portal to apply for another programme. What do I do?

Log into your portal via Google Chrome or Facebook- that should help!

What are the basic requirements for the programme?

We sincerely appreciate your interest in our programme. Each programme page has their specific list of requirements please visit the programme page and find out for the programme you are interested in applying to.

Do I get another chance after completing my logic test?

The system allows you three attempts for your quizzes before you submit your answers. Once the answers are submitted, you are not able to change them. We encourage you to take all the time you need, ensure you are in a quiet area before you attempt your logic quiz.

I submitted my creativity check and I cannot seem to proceed to the next stage. What do I do?

Congratulations on getting this far in the application process.

Your application is currently under review. If successful after your evaluation, you will be able to advance to the next stage.

I opened my portal today and my page is blank. What do I do?

There are three ways to log into the learner portal; Chrome, Facebook or manual login. This usually happens when the login methods for both processes are different. If you used one of the methods during registration, you should use the same one to log in and see progress.
