Eubert has fifteen years of progressive experience, a chunk of which has been in the development sector. Over the last decade, he has provided end-to-end grants and operational, financial, compliance, procedural, and capacity-building support to development projects in Ghana and other African countries, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. He has led the finance and grants functions of high-profile international NGOs. He has ample experience working with governments, NGOs, and private sector partners.

Eubert is a Chartered Accountant (a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants-Ghana), a Certified Governance, Risk, and Compliance Auditor, and a former Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, and a bachelor's degree in social sciences specializing in Accounting and Economics from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana
