Vandyck Lomotey

Dr. Vandyck Lomotey is both a Certified Human Resource Management Professional and a Project Management Professional with extensive experience in consulting, talent development, programme management and Training for organizations across diverse industries in Africa.

Before joining Generation, he worked as the Director for Early Career Success at the Africa Careers Network (ACN), an initiative of the African Leadership Academy (ALA) and Mastercard Foundation to transform education into employment systems and create career opportunities for young Africans by working closely with corporate partners, university partners, government agencies and other strategic relationships across Africa.

Vandyck was born in Accra, Ghana and holds a Doctorate in Intercultural Studies from Fuller School of Intercultural Studies, California.
